Can I amend my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make any amendments before your items are dispatched.

Import VAT and shipping to Ireland.

​

Because our hair accessories are handmade here in the UK there are no import charges at customs. Vat Charges may still apply. We post our parcels with royal mail and shipping usually takes 1-3 days. A tracking number will be provided when you receive your dispatch email.

International orders excluding Ireland.

International orders are dispatched with Royal mail and can take anywhere between 3-8 days. Custom fees may apply, please query your local import office if your unsure about import charges to your country.

A tracking number will be provided when you receive your dispatch email.

Returns policy

​

We have a 14 day returns policy on all  premade stock that is readily available on our website. However due to hygiene reasons our accessories can not be returned if they have been worn or tried on. Any returned accessories must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. They will be inspected upon arrival for any signs of wear before we confirm your return has been accepted. If your return is accepted you will receive a credit note for the total cost of the returned items plus any original postage costs. Return are to be organised by the customer, we recommend using a tracked service for this. If you're returning an order from outside the UK please use a tracked service and put the parcel value as zero. We do not accept returns that carry a import/customs charge.

 

Unfortunately custom orders or personalised items can not be returned. This of course does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 If you would like to return an item from your order please email info@pretty-magpie.com referencing your order number. This must be done within 14 days of your orders delivery date.
